The Hana Table is multifunctional, it enables surgeons to perform the anterior approach for total hip replacements and hip arthroscopy, as well as fractures of the pelvis and lower extremities. As we get busier it gives our surgeons options for doing total hip replacements, and as far as hip arthroscopy it eliminates the need to have another table attachment. This table allows hyperextension, abduction, adduction and external rotation of the legs for positioning for different types of procedures, a positioning option not possible with conventional tables. The table also supports hip distraction and traction during hip arthroscopy procedures.
